How do I create a PivotTable in Excel?
Select your data range, then press Alt+N+V. Excel opens the Create PivotTable dialog — confirm the range and destination. Drag fields from the PivotTable Fields pane to Rows, Columns, Values, and Filters areas to build your report. Use Ctrl+Shift+* to select the entire PivotTable for quick formatting.
How do I quickly sum a column in Excel?
Select the cell below (or to the right of) the numbers you want to sum, then press Alt+=. Excel inserts a SUM formula automatically, guessing the range. Press Enter to confirm. For multiple columns, select an entire range and press Alt+= once — Excel fills all SUM formulas at once.
